This Privacy Policy describes how RamiApps (“we”, “us”) handles information when you install and use the Unlistr Shopify application (“Unlistr”, “the app”).
When you install Unlistr, we receive and store data needed to operate the app, including your shop domain, OAuth session tokens, and app configuration (for example unlist settings, schedule preferences, and onboarding state).
To unlist and restore products, Unlistr reads product data from your Shopify store (such as product IDs, titles, handles, tags, status, variant inventory, and images shown in the admin UI) and writes product updates back to Shopify when you run sync or restore actions.
We store a record of products the app has unlisted (product ID, title, marker tag, hiding status, and timestamps) and a history of sync runs for your shop in our application database.
We use this information only to provide Unlistr features: inventory sync, automatic and manual unlisting, restoration, sync history, and scheduled background jobs.
We do not sell your personal information or shop data to third parties.
App data is retained while the app is installed. When you uninstall Unlistr, we delete shop session data as part of the standard Shopify app uninstall flow. You may contact us to request deletion of other stored app data associated with your shop.
We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to personnel who need it to operate and support the app.
