These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Unlistr Shopify application (“Unlistr”, “the app”) provided by RamiApps (“we”, “us”). By installing or using Unlistr, you agree to these Terms.
Unlistr helps merchants automatically change sold-out active products to a configured unlisted status and restore them when inventory becomes available again, subject to your settings in the app.
You are responsible for reviewing product status, tags, and catalog outcomes after sync or restore operations.
You must have authority to connect your Shopify store and grant the API scopes requested by the app.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of Shopify’s terms or applicable law.
You are responsible for backup, merchandising, and business decisions related to product visibility on your store.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every sync will match your expectations in all edge cases.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RamiApps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from use of Unlistr. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you use a free plan.
You may stop using Unlistr by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required to do so by law or Shopify.
Questions about these Terms may be sent using the support channel listed in the Shopify App Store listing for Unlistr.
